As our Process Management Expert, you will develop, implement and sustain the Global Process Framework within Australia across all functions. You’ll ensure that process management is implemented, run and actively lived in all key end-to-end processes at ING and work closely with management and Process Leaders to support consistency, prompt implementation and active ownership of ING processes. Additionally, you’ll actively liaise with the Global Process Management team and ensure that our local process management framework is designed and maintained to ING standards. You will lead the engagement with ING Hubs specialists supporting the Process Management team to improve and support the quality of processes infrastructure. This is a permanent role based in Sydney. What you’ll do Identify gaps between local process architecture landscape and global process catalogue and create a plan to fill those gaps. Map the E2E local processes in ARIS connect in line with the global process catalogue and use the E2E scenarios to identify process leads and create E2E process ownership. Liaise with Global Process Management team to adapt, align and conform the local ING process landscape with the overarching ING Process Framework. i.e. ARIS Administration. Have risks and controls mapped to processes and signed off by business and risk teams. Create the plan for implementation of ERM across process landscape and identify gaps and supporting PBRA execution in ARIS. Work with the various teams responsible for work stream changes to analyse, design and improve processes that will derive great business outcomes Support and coach process leaders, line managers, process subject matter experts and teams in applying the global process framework in end-to-end processes What we’re looking for Previous experience in process design, measurement and improvement within a regulated industry. High proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. Experience with Visio and ARIS is highly regarded. Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to influence and coach stakeholders across the business. A strong understanding of change strategy and corporate implementation within a large scale and complex organisation. An analytical eye for detail and excellent organisational skills to effectively adapt to different projects.
