The position assesses current ICT system processes and methodologies, and recommends enhancements, additional components, or entirely new systems to align with user requirements outlined in specifications and related documentation. The position will be reporting to project Manager and will need to perform the following task but not limited to: Gathering and analysing business requirements for ICT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Designing ICT systems, considering factors such as scalability, reliability, security, and performance. Integrating new ICT systems with existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility. Creating detailed technical documentation including system specifications, diagrams, and user manuals. Developing and executing test plans to ensure the reliability and functionality of ICT systems, troubleshooting any issues that arise. Coordinating the implementation and deployment of ICT systems, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing the rollout process. Providing training and support to end-users and IT staff on the use and maintenance of ICT systems. Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect ICT systems from threats such as malware, hackers, and unauthorized access. Monitoring the performance of ICT systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability. Liaising with vendors and suppliers to procure hardware, software, and services, ensuring compatibility and value for money. Identifying and assessing risks related to ICT systems, develop mitigation strategies, and implement controls to minimize potential impacts. Continuously researching and evaluating emerging technologies, recommending innovations that could improve business processes and outcomes. Managing ICT projects from initiation to completion, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. Working closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their needs and requirements and communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences. Ensuring ICT systems comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as GSM, TCP/IP and ISO standards. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in system analysis, design, and ICT implementation. Strong knowledge of system integration, requirements gathering, and process improvement. Proficiency in database management, enterprise architecture, and cloud-based solutions. Exceptional skills in technical documentation, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
