Your Role: As a Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of approximately 150 -180 residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining strong tenant and landlord relationships. Key Responsibilities: Portfolio & Property Operations Manage all aspects of residential property management, including inspections, maintenance, budgeting, and reporting. Coordinate timely repairs and renovations, ensuring all properties are well maintained. Tenant & Landlord Management Build and maintain positive relationships with both tenants and landlords. Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly. Conduct property viewings, screening, lease signings, and renewals. Enforce tenancy agreements and rental compliance. Compliance & Legal Stay updated with NSW real estate laws and ensure all properties meet current compliance standards. Manage disputes, terminations, and tribunal proceedings when necessary. Maintain detailed property documentation. Qualifications: We’re looking for someone who is not only experienced but also personable, proactive, and solution focused. Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management Valid Real Estate License Strong understanding of NSW real estate laws, regulations and market trends High-level communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Competency with property management software (e.g. Property Tree) and Microsoft Office Valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in second-hand property sales – your combined knowledge of leasing and sales will be highly regarded!
