As part of our continued growth and success, anzuk Education is on the lookout for a Senior Permanent Education Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Sydney team. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will work alongside an experienced team of education consultants, to manage your own 360 recruitment desk. You’ll work a well-established client base across a range of school environments to connect high-quality educators with rewarding permanent opportunities. You are responsible for success across the following areas: You will be doing: Educator Attraction & Engagement Source, interview, and onboard outstanding teachers and leaders for permanent school placements. You’ll be speaking to 30 educators a day, so curiosity, pace, and people intuition are essential. Client Relationship Management Be the main point of contact for your school. Understand their needs, support interview processes, and provide post-placement care that keeps clients coming back. Business Development Nurture existing accounts while identifying growth opportunities across your region. Your knack for building relationships and market knowledge will help shape long-term client success. Collaboration & Culture Contribution Work closely with a supportive team led by supportive and high performing leaders, contributing to our values-led culture where feedback, celebration, and continuous learning are part of everyday.
