Job Description Join our Education Vertical as an Account Executive (New Business) in Melbourne on a 9 month Fixed-Term Contract to make a real impact every day. Reporting to the Account Executive Team Lead, you'll be our main person for showcasing Xplor Education's product suite to new customers. Your job is to impress potential clients with engaging demos, keep the pipeline active, and bring new customers on board to experience the magic of Xplor. You'll be the one who follows up on inbound leads, hunts down new prospects, and qualifies them like a pro. Your solution-selling skills will shine as you negotiate and close deals, making sure our customers are thrilled with their Xplor journey. Some of the other responsibilities you’ll have: Hold product demonstration appointments with potential new client accounts Understand the customer pain points in running a childcare business, and map those to the unique value that the Xplor system provides Develop your product demonstration dynamically to solve real problems experienced by different stakeholders in a childcare business Demonstrate empathy and build trust in external relationships with our clients Build and maintain a pipeline of new business and account expansion opportunities Keep up-to-date records of activities in our CRM (Salesforce) Maintain knowledge of any new products, features, and offers Organise and execute your own post demonstration follow up strategies consistently Interact with accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to sales department best practices, policies, and procedures Attend and staff trade shows / in-person events when required to build relationships in person Developing plans to target new customers For this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you’ll spend two days per week in the office and three working from home.
