Woods & Co Recruitment is working with a well-established, family-run hospitality business to find a hands-on Assistant Store Manager for their Oakleigh location. With a strong reputation built over two decades, this business is known for genuine service, loyal customers, and a tight-knit team culture. This is a fast-paced, on-the-ground role where you’ll be supporting the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team. You’ll be across everything from operations and compliance to people management and customer service, ensuring things run smoothly day to day.
