The Opportunity This is a standout opportunity for a strategic and people-focused leader to oversee a diverse portfolio of medical centres across the ACT and surrounding regions. As a Regional Manager, you'll drive operational performance, support growth, and lead a high-performing team across a mix of established and developing sites. Working closely with senior leaders and Practice Managers, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing patient care, team engagement, and business outcomes. You’ll also be involved in integrating new centres through M&A (Merges & Acquisitions) activity—making this an ideal role for someone who thrives on variety, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
