We’re actively recruiting General Labourers , Trade Assistants , Gardening Assistants , and Plant Operators for immediate start in casual and on-call roles. Depending on client needs, these positions may be one-day , multi-day , or ongoing assignments . Industries We Support: Residential builders and construction crews Landscaping and gardening teams Warehousing, logistics, and removals Councils, cinemas, and utility providers Engineering firms and trades-based operations What You’ll Be Doing: Tasks vary by role, but may include: Assisting trades on residential or commercial sites Supporting landscaping and garden maintenance teams Site clean-up, rubbish removal, and moving materials Container unloading, fencing, or basic construction work Trade assistance (carpenters, electricians, plasterers, etc.) Operating forklifts, excavators, rollers, or EWPs (if licensed) What We Offer: Hourly Rate: From $32.38/hour Superannuation: 11.5% Travel Allowance: $20/day Weekly Pay: Paid every Thursday Online Timesheets: No paperwork—track hours easily online To Be Successful, You’ll Need: A valid White Card and PPE (steel caps, hi-vis, gloves, glasses, hard hat) ACT residents must have current Asbestos and Silica tickets A driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle – most shifts start between 6:45 am and 7:00 am , and public transport is unsuitable.
