The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is recruiting for a Parliamentary Service Level 6 Training Delivery Team Manager within Security Operations Branch. As the manager, you will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of high quality, operationally aligned training programs across the Parliamentary Security Service (PSS), to uplift and support operational readiness and workforce capability. You will lead a team of skilled trainers, providing clear direction, coaching and support to ensure high standards of delivery across all programs. This includes managing performance, building capability within the team and creating a positive and accountable team culture. The role requires a proactive leadership approach to ensure consistency in delivery, responsiveness to operational needs and alignment with organisational values. This is a leadership role with a strong operational focus, suited to someone who thrives under limited direction, who demonstrates sound judgement and brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to learning delivery and workforce development. Working closely with operational leaders, internal and external stakeholders and the Training Development team, you will ensure that delivery aligns with organisational goals and adult learning principles. You'll contribute to continuous improvement by adapting delivery strategies, reviewing feedback and supporting the ongoing development of PSS staff.
