Key Responsibilities Client Delivery & Digital Strategy Lead digital transformation initiatives, including enterprise technology strategy, operating model design, and large-scale system implementations. Translate complex business problems into practical, tech-driven solutions that deliver measurable value. Support clients with end-to-end system selection and implementation (ERP, D365, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Pronto). Facilitate strategic workshops and roadmap development sessions with C-suite and key stakeholders. Business Development & Growth Develop and manage strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and go-to partner. Identify growth opportunities and contribute to proposals, bids, and thought leadership. Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business development and shape our go-to-market approach. Team Leadership & Development Lead high-performing teams, coaching and mentoring junior consultants and analysts. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and entrepreneurial culture. Ensure delivery excellence and alignment to client expectations.
