SAP HCM & Payroll Consultant What you’ll bring: 10 years of experience in implementing, managing, and optimising SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including functionalities like payroll, time management, personnel administration, and employee self-service. Solid understanding of payroll processes, including calculations, deductions, and reporting. Understanding of relevant payroll regulations and compliance requirements. End-to-end implementation and support experience. Experience with S/4HANA implementation (desirable) Knowledge of SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment, Onboarding) (desirable). Key responsibilities: Understand business process requirements and map them to SAP functionality for Payroll and Time. Collaborate with other functional teams (e.g., FI) to ensure seamless postings involving GL accounts, HR vendors, and Cost Centres. Provide end-to-end functional support for SAP Payroll and Time implementations. Support cutover activities and data migration. Provide support in various testing activities. Debug, troubleshoot, and efficiently resolve technical issues. SAP FICO Consultant What you’ll bring: 8 - 10 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and optimising SAP's Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) module. Solid understanding of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets. Understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and business processes. Experience with S/4HANA implementation. Key responsibilities: Lead implementation projects for SAP S/4HANA FICO. Develop test plans and scripts, performing functional testing, and ensure quality throughout the implementation process. Conduct root cause analysis and resole technical issues related to SAP S/4HANA and SAP FICO module. Diagnose and resolve issues related to SAP FICO functionality and integration with other SAP modules. SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant What you’ll bring: 8 - 10 years of experience in implementing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs, tracking equipment performance, and identifying potential issues. Knowledge of planning and scheduling maintenance tasks, managing work orders, and ensuring compliance. Experience with S/4HANA implementation. Key responsibilities: Lead implementation projects for SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance. Maintain accurate master data, such as equipment records and maintenance task lists, within SAP PM as part of S/4HANA implementation. Configure and customise SAP PM functions to align with maintenance processes and business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP systems. Diagnose and resolve issues related to SAP PM functionality and integration with other SAP modules. SAP MM & Logistics Consultant What you’ll bring: 8 - 10 years of experience in SAP SCM implementation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics. Experience with S/4HANA implementation. Key responsibilities: Lead Brownfield implementation projects for SAP S/4HANA SCM. Conduct business process assessments, identify gaps, and provide solutions to clients Design and implement SAP S/4HANA SCM solutions including – SAP Material Management (MM), SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP Production Planning (PP), SAP Quality Management (QM). Provide end-user support especially during Month SAP ISU Device & Billing Management Consultant What you'll bring: Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA billing module. Strong understanding of the Utilities market and key associated business processes. Understanding of the basic Utilities retail business and experience with the overall meter-to-cash flow process along with the integration points with CS, DM, and FICA. Complete knowledge in billing master data creation and maintenance. Working knowledge of complex RTP, TOU, both mechanical and smart meter billing. Hands-on functional knowledge of the regulated/deregulated market billing scenarios, adjustment reversal, budget billing, out sort process, various locks, manual billing, collective billing. Knowledge of all the billing and invoice related process execution both at the individual level and the batch level. Knowledge of invoicing and print workbench. Good knowledge of configuration of Dynamic period control and installation grouping based billing, exposure to net energy metering and billing. Able to work in exception management and exception handling procedures. Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, using SAP best practices or performing necessary customisation, writing BRD, RTM, RICEFW and detailed specifications for development of custom changes, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go-live support. At least one implementation experience as a consultant.
