About the Role: As a key member of the IT team, the Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance operational efficiency, particularly in refining ERP processes. This role involves creating comprehensive documentation, liaising between various departments and stakeholders to ensure that business needs are met effectively, and reengineering processes. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Collect, analyse, and interpret business data, including KPIs and financial reports, using data analytics tools. Document and refine ERP processes and assist with ERP configuration to ensure alignment with business objectives. Assist with developing / documenting training guides for users. Develop and maintain clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation. What We're Looking For: Essential Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of business process modelling and improvement techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team . Desirable Prior experience with ERP systems , configurations, and CRM systems is highly preferred. NetSuite, SugarCRM is a plus. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBi). Why join us?
