Department: Program Delivery / Transformation Industry: Superannuation Reports To: Program Director / Senior Project Lead Location: Brisbane - Sydney - Melbourne Employment Type: Contract - 6 months Description: As a Senior BA or PM, you need to have experience in SmartCOMM & CCM (Customer Communication Management). You will lead the delivery of complex superannuation communications projects, overseeing teams to implement correspondence solutions (letters, emails, SMS) using Quadient — a mandatory requirement for this role. You ensure compliance across finance, tax, and risk, manage multi-phase releases, and drive integration across business and technology streams using Agile and Waterfall approaches. With over 10 years of project experience (ideal but not essential),you excel in stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and change leadership. The focus is on simplifying member communications , optimising correspondence tools, and ensuring all program milestones are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Managing large- scale projects including business and technology programs, end-to-end management of the communications/correspondence workstream, from initiation to delivery, within integration or transformation programs. Overseeing the implementation of Quadient solutions, such as template management for outbound member communications ( letters, emails, SMS ), and communications updates . Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively developing mitigation strategies. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to manage external vendors effectively. Deep focus on simplifying processes and providing solutions to improve members communication satisfaction. Familiarity with how automated letters, statements and notices are created and updated. Familiarity with APRA to ensure the project's outcome complies with APRA standards. Tools and Methodologies: Agile Methodologies and PRINCE2 Jira and Confluence Good understanding of UAT as you will assist UAT team in testing SmartCOMM Document Output. Familiarity with all 5 phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Strong experience in smart/ electronic communications and correspondence , knowledge of how to use Quadient for template management (such as letters, emails, SMS ). Qualifications and Experience (Ideal but not essential): Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Communications, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master) desirable. Consideration: Having experience in Quadient is essential. Alternatively , if you don’t have experience in Quadient, experience with Thunderhead or OpenText ExStream are also acceptable.
