The Role This is a day rate contract with the view to extend out longer-term. You'll be joining a collaborative Agile team, working closely with product owners, delivery leads, and developers to support the rollout of digital initiatives. We're looking for a strong Senior Business Analyst who's confident working in Agile environments - someone who can help define clear user stories and ensure the team understands what needs to be delivered. Experience with Salesforce is highly valued, and any background in utilities or similarly regulated industries would be a real advantage. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and manage business requirements Write high-quality Agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria on a Salesforce project Facilitate workshops and discussions to refine scope, priorities, and stories Contribute to backlog grooming and sprint planning activities Work closely with developers and testers to ensure shared understanding of stories Support solution validation through testing and feedback loops Candidate Experience Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Agile delivery environments Prior experience with Salesforce is highly desirable Experience in utilities or other regulated industries is an advantage Please note, we can only contact successfully shortlisted candidates.
