As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing multiple data centre construction projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. About the Role You will be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of data centre projects, ensuring they meet programme, budget, and quality expectations. Acting as the primary client liaison, you will maintain strong stakeholder relationships, provide leadership to project teams, and proactively manage risks to drive exceptional project outcomes. What Your Day Looks Like Oversee the end-to-end delivery of data centre projects within critical environments Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations Develop and implement programme strategies, meeting key milestones, budgets, and quality standards Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering a high-performance culture Monitor project performance, produce progress reports, and proactively manage risks Drive design coordination, procurement, and contract administration (AS4000, GC21, D&C) Lead stakeholder engagement across consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams About You 15 years experience in construction, ideally delivering critical environments (data centres, healthcare, defence, or complex infrastructure) Strong technical understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security, BMS Professional qualification in Project Management, Engineering, or Construction Demonstrated expertise in commercial & contract management for complex builds Proven ability to lead teams, drive stakeholder engagement, and manage project risk Strong business development skills with a history of fostering long-term client relationships
