As a Store Manager, here’s what you’d be doing: Leading a team in alignment with the brand's Vision, Purpose, and Values Managing oversight and leadership of the floor across five business pillars: experience, product, community, operations, and people Training and coaching a high-performing team focused on a best-in-class guest experience Championing floor leadership and guest experience by leading from the floor 80% of the week Overseeing the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, training, development, performance management, and offboarding Running a profitable store by aligning the team with sales targets and managing labor planning and expenses Managing team scheduling with a commitment to guest and employee experience Building community partnerships to find brand ambassadors and drive awareness Overseeing all product/inventory management, visual merchandising, and sell-through Using tools to plan store budget and labor hours with full accountability Leading weekly leadership meetings on updates and performance across business areas Are you the next Store Manager? 3–5 years of leadership and retail management experience Strong leadership skills to recruit, hire, train, and develop future leaders Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results Passion for service and exceptional guest experience Financial acumen in budgeting, sales forecasting, and expense control Ability to set clear vision and align team around goals Commitment to seeking thoughtful solutions and doing what's right Passion for leadership and the outdoors Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Details: Hours: Full Time – 40 hours/week (five days) Compensation: Salaried Expectations: Availability must reflect business needs, including a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends Required availability on “Black Friday” and throughout the peak holiday season Responsible for executing all deliverables outlined in the Store Manager Role and Responsibilities document Expected to perform duties of Product Guide, Lead, and Assistant Store Manager as needed Equal Opportunity: The business is committed to creating and fostering a culture of inclusivity where all voices are heard, and values are respected.
