This full-time position is based in Queanbeyan and offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a small team. About the Role As the first point of contact for customers—whether in-store, over the phone, or online—you’ll play a key role in delivering service excellence. You’ll assist with sales support, quotes, product enquiries, and order processing for a range of high-demand products, including: Safety and workwear apparel Footwear, gloves, glasses Tools, signage, and cleaning products This is more than a transactional role—it’s about building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring a seamless experience for every customer.
