About the role The Practice Services team works collaboratively with the legal practices across AGS and has responsibility for a diverse range of work including managing our outpost practice, our pro bono practice, our internal training programs including the Core Legal Skills and the Seminar Series, the AGS Opinions database, our knowledge management framework, our induction program and our graduate program. The Training Coordinator role supports the Legal Training Manager and the National Manager, Library and Practice Services in the delivery of support services to AGS's 3 practice areas with a particular focus on the delivery of external (client) training and internal professional development programs. Day to day duties may include: triaging training requests and coordinating the delivery of training for internal AGS staff and external clients developing positive relationships with the legal practice areas and AGS clients to facilitate the efficient delivery of high quality online and in person learning managing competing priorities and progressing a high volume of training requests in a timely manner supporting the Legal Training Manger and contribute to the strategic direction of the training practice preparing of reports and managing changing agendas providing additional support to the Practice Services.
