Security Clearance: Baseline OR NV1 Max Hours: 40 per week About the Role Rubix Solutions is seeking a skilled Web Developer with demonstrated experience in Oracle WebCenter (version 12c) to join a major federal government project. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering user-friendly websites and enhancing Oracle WebCenter environments to support core digital services. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to design architecture, interfaces, and functionality Develop, test, and implement web solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, PHP Maintain Oracle WebCenter-based platforms and ensure smooth deployments across environments Provide recommendations for enhanced supportability of the current system Document technical procedures and contribute to operational guides Technical Skills Required Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML Minimum 3 years experience with Oracle WebCenter (including version 12c) Experience with Apache Nutch or similar web crawlers Proficiency in Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash) Proven ability to convert business needs into technical solutions Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills Desirable Skills Familiarity with other CMS platforms The Team You will be part of a dynamic Digital Systems Services team working on the sustainment and evolution of complex enterprise systems. The environment includes a mix of in-house, commercial, and vendor-developed applications using .NET, Java/Wildfly, and VB technologies.
