We are looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Workforce Management. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with systems such as Dayforce/SuccessFactors/Oracle HCM or similar platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of rostering, leave management, and human capital management systems. Experience & Skills Required: The proven ability to: Explain business and technical concepts in simple terms Learn a new domain very quickly and teach aspects of the domain problem and solution to business and technical stakeholders Write effective business scenarios, requirements documentation and conceptual & functional design documentation Analyse and distil problems, collaborate with others to identify creative solutions and promote simplified alternatives Estimate, negotiate, facilitate and interview stakeholders Plan and organise to ensure the timely completion of tasks and manage conflicting priorities Apply elicitation skills to identify and understand stakeholders' needs and concerns, and understand the environment in which they work Apply solution assessment and validation skills to ensure the solution meets the business need and to communicate gaps to the business stakeholders Knowledge of Human Centred Design (HCD) and/or Design Thinking is highly desirable Please APPLY NOW and we will reach out to you Shortly!
