About the Role As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in sourcing top talent, building strong candidate relationships, and supporting a seamless hiring process. You’ll work across a variety of industries, including ICT, Government, and Professional Services, all within a fast-paced and collaborative team setting. Key Responsibilities Source top talent using job boards, social media, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement. Leverage sales techniques such as cold calling, networking, relationship-building, and consultative selling to attract top talent. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications. Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database and ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with the team and recruitment leads to meet recruitment and sales targets. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and people skills. Ability to stay organised and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn. A genuine interest in building a career in recruitment or talent acquisition. Familiarity with JobAdder (bonus, but not essential). Any prior experience in recruitment, customer service, sales, or administration (highly regarded). An interest in government or ICT recruitment (a plus, not required).
