The Role: As the CFO , you will be a key member of the senior management team, reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with senior leaders to provide strategic financial guidance, data-driven insights, and commercial support. You will oversee Finance, IT, and Payroll functions, ensuring robust financial controls, compliance, and integration across systems and processes. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute financial plans, forecasting, analysis, and reporting to drive profitability and informed decision-making. Lead Payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration with HR and Finance systems. Provide financial modelling, pricing strategies, and commercial support for tenders, contract negotiations, and business development initiatives. Formulate and implement an IT strategy that enhances performance, productivity, and scalability through innovative digital solutions. Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and leadership development. Engage with stakeholders, present financial reports, and represent the company with external partners and auditors. To thrive in this position, you'll need: Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA qualification. Minimum 8 years’ experience in senior finance leadership roles. Background in retail, travel, or consumer goods sectors preferred. Strong commercial acumen and strategic financial planning skills. Expertise in financial modelling, analysis, and compliance. Deep understanding of people-focused operations, including Payroll. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strategic thinker with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
