About The Opportunity This is an exceptional role in which you will provide strategic, operational and finance leadership and support to the national Concrete Business Unit. You will coordinate business partnering to the Concrete business and also work closely with the broader finance function in delivering organisational outcomes. This role is a key business partner to the Executive General Manager Concrete and ensures quality leadership of financial decision making as well as good counsel to the Executive General Manager. Detailed responsibilities are found in the Position Description which is available upon request and your accountabilities will include: Leading, managing and developing your direct reports to achieve the objectives set by the Holcim Finance Leadership Team. Leading the Concrete financial and strategic planning process ensuring alignment with Holcim and Business Unit plans. Ensuring capital proposals are supported with financial analysis which is linked to business plans and those proposals are delivered. Advising and assisting the Executive General Manager and the General Managers with capital, disposals and special projects as required. Ensuring that risk is well understood, risk mitigation is well embedded and live across the Concrete Business Unit. Ensuring Group Minimum Control Standards are embedded and well understood as a protector of value across the Business Unit. Providing the Executive General Manager with a clear understanding of financial performance through accurate, timely reporting and business analysis. Acting as the key Business Partner to the Executive General Manager and maintain effective business relationships with key internal and external customers. Financial coaching for management as required. Active involvement in the Business Unit Management team to achieve financial results for the Business Unit. About You Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or Professional Membership of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants. Relevant industry experience (e.g. resources, industrial services, engineering and construction industry) would be advantageous but not essential. Demonstrable history of working in senior finance management roles. Demonstrated ability in building relationships, business partnering and influencing peers and stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for driving business performance and a commitment to both safety and sustainability. Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite etc). Conceptual understanding of SAP or other ERMs. Results driven, passionate, motivated and performance orientated.
