You’ll work closely with managers and seniors to deliver compliance and advisory support to a wide range of clients. Expect a mix of hands-on client work, technical development, and gradual exposure to more complex matters — all in a genuinely supportive environment. What You’ll Be Doing Preparing tax returns and financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals Assisting with BAS/IAS preparation and lodgement Supporting the preparation of management reports, forecasts, and basic cashflows Helping with year-end reviews and tax planning tasks Working closely with seniors and managers to service client needs Getting involved in process improvements and workflow tools Learning how to identify advisory opportunities and add value beyond compliance Participating in internal training sessions and knowledge sharing Potential exposure to SMSF work (if you’re interested) What You’ll Bring 1–3 years’ experience in a public practice/business services role CA or CPA in progress (we’ll support you every step of the way) Working knowledge of cloud accounting software (Xero, MYOB, etc.) A genuine interest in working closely with clients and learning how to deliver advice Strong attention to detail, time management, and a willingness to learn A team mindset — someone who enjoys collaborating and supporting others How to Apply Interested?
