The successful applicant will become an integral part of the broader team and will have at least 1.5 years' experience in a public practice environment. Position Responsibilities • Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner • Assist in the preparation Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs • Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts • Prepare and deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliations • Be coached directly by an experienced Partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clients • Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients • Help provide an exceptional service to our clients • Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events • Offer support and training to junior team members About You • Minimum of 1.5 years' experience in an Accounting Practice • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar • Exposure to accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero and Quickbooks • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients • Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic Salary $73,150 Superannuation p.a.
