We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects throughout Geelong and regional Victoria. Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of secured work, they're looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee 2–3 projects valued between $1 million and $15 million. Working closely with an experienced leadership team, you'll take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. The Role Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for: Managing 2–3 commercial projects simultaneously across Geelong and surrounding areas. Overseeing project programming, procurement, budgets and financial performance. Leading Contract Administrators, Site Managers and project teams. Managing subcontractors, consultants and client relationships. Identifying and mitigating project risks. Ensuring projects meet quality, safety and compliance requirements. Driving successful project delivery from commencement through to completion. About You To be successful, you'll ideally have: Previous experience as a Project Manager with a commercial head contractor. A proven track record delivering projects valued between $1m and $15m. Strong commercial and contractual knowledge. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional client service.
