Restaurant Bartender Shake Things Up at The Torquay Hotel! We're looking for an energetic and personable Restaurant Bartender to join our team. The Torquay Hotel is one of the Surf Coast's favourite venues, serving locals and visitors with great food, quality drinks and genuine hospitality. Our restaurant and bars are busy year-round, and we're looking for someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences from behind the bar. About the Role As part of our restaurant team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service while working closely with our floor staff to ensure guests enjoy a seamless dining experience. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, wine and beer to a high standard. Delivering friendly, professional customer service. Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar. Assisting with beverage stock control and restocking. Supporting restaurant service during busy periods. Following RSA requirements and venue procedures. Contributing to a positive, team-focused workplace culture. What We're Looking For Previous bartending experience in a busy pub, restaurant or hospitality venue. Confident cocktail-making skills and knowledge of classic cocktails. A passion for hospitality and creating a great guest experience. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Current Victorian RSA.
