This role has emerged due to our rapid growth and presents an excellent opportunity for someone ready to play a key role in client and staff management. You will support senior managers and directors in delivering a mix of compliance and advisory services. You’ll have the opportunity to manage compliance workflows and deliver high-quality management reports, taking a lead role in client advisory engagements. Responsibilities Client management and liaison, including attendance at and contribution to client meetings Review year-end financial statements and income tax returns for business clients Delivery of monthly and quarterly management reports Provision of business advice under the guidance of senior managers and directors Ad hoc projects, such as cashflow forecasting and budgeting Review business activity statements (BAS) and liaise with the bookkeeping team Provide coaching and support to junior staff Embrace new accounting and advisory technology to enhance client outcomes Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a high standard of service Ideal Candidate Requirements 4 years’ experience in a public practice environment CA or CPA qualified Proficiency with Xero and confidence in adopting new technology Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to build rapport with clients and peers Highly organised and proactive Passionate about delivering value to business clients beyond compliance Enthusiastic about being part of a fun, socially engaged and purpose-driven team
