This is a unique opportunity to work across strategic projects, business performance reporting and commercial initiatives, while gaining exposure to senior leadership, executive and the Board. As an Analyst within our Strategy & Corporate Development team, you'll play an important role in supporting strategic decision-making across the business. You'll work on a diverse range of initiatives including performance reporting, investment opportunities, project delivery, market analysis and process improvement. You'll have the opportunity to build your skills across data analytics, financial analysis, project management and corporate strategy. Key Responsibilities Analyse portfolio, transaction and operational data to provide commercial insights and support business decisions. Build and maintain reports, dashboards and performance metrics. Prepare reporting, presentations and stakeholder communications for a range of audiences including board papers and investment committee materials. Support strategic projects and business initiatives from planning through to delivery. Conduct market research, competitor analysis and commercial due diligence. Support evaluation of investment opportunities, strategic partnerships and other growth opportunities. About You Experience in an analytical, finance, reporting or project-based role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset. Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. A tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Analytics, Computer Science or a related discipline. Experience with Power BI, SQL, Jira, Confluence, investment analysis, M&A or financial services will be highly regarded but is not essential. Why Join Pioneer?
