AO3 Procurement Support Officer $51.12 per hour superannuation QLD Government - Construction & Maintenance Division Full-time, temporary contract (Monday – Friday) Initial 3-month contract, with high likelihood of ongoing contract extension About the role An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Procurement Support Officer to join a busy team within the construction and infrastructure space. This role supports supplier management and procurement administration functions and is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, detail‑focused work in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining supplier data integrity, supporting compliance requirements and delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities Maintain and update supplier records in line with company policies and compliance requirements Maintain and enhance procedures for supplier data entry and amendments in line with internal policies, audit, and risk management requirements Verify and manage supplier information across internal systems Monitor supplier licence and insurance details, including reporting expired or inactive registrations Prepare, analyse and distribute reports Update and maintain procedures, guidelines, and documentation ensuring effective document control Manage incoming enquiries, correspondence and phone calls Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to support efficient service delivery About you Intermediate experience across Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Experience within procurement, project administration, contract administration, construction or government is highly desirable Experience raising purchase orders, invoicing or similar High attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues Proven ability to manage data accurately and maintain system integrity Comfortable working within established procedures and compliance frameworks NB: There is no WFH in this role Apply Apply directly below to be considered for this opportunity.
