Job Type: Full-Time Key Duties / Responsibilities: Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries. Organise Service van bookings and invoice completed jobs company-wide. Provide parts quotes and orders for service van bookings Maintain accurate records of customers' details Handle and process any warranty-related customer claims Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
