We're looking for someone who can take ownership. We've built a great café and a great team, but we're looking for someone who can confidently take charge of the front of our business. Someone who doesn't wait to be asked. Someone who sees what needs to be done and gets on with it. We need someone who can look after our café as if it were their own. You'll be responsible for: Leading our great front-of-house team. Delivering exceptional customer service and consistently great coffee. Preparing staff rosters. Ordering stock and managing café supplies. Ensuring the café is always well presented and running smoothly. Selling and promoting our retail coffee, equipment and specialty products with confidence. Supporting, guiding and mentoring staff. Having respectful but honest conversations when standards need improving. Working closely with the roastery team to ensure the whole business works together. We're looking for someone who: Has previous experience leading a busy café. Has strong coffee knowledge and genuinely enjoys coffee. Is reliable, organised and proactive. Has an eye for detail. Takes responsibility and ownership. Can confidently lead a team and make decisions. Communicates well with both customers and staff. Holds a current RSA Certificate.
