Positions Available Duty Manager (Casual & Full-Time Salary Opportunities Available) Bottle shop Attendant (Casual) About the Roles Duty Manager Oversee daily operations across multiple departments Lead, supervise, and support staff to maintain high service standards Ensure compliance with RSA, gaming regulations, and venue procedures Manage customer experience, including service recovery Monitor wage costs and operational efficiency Bottle Shop Attendant As a Bottle shop Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining an efficient and well-presented retail environment. Your responsibilities will include: Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Assisting customers with beer, wine and spirits selections. Operating the point-of-sale system and processing transactions accurately. Restocking shelves and maintaining attractive product displays. Ensuring the bottleshop remains clean, organised and well presented. Checking identification and ensuring compliance with RSA legislation. Assisting with stock deliveries and general store operations. Essential Requirements Duty Manager Current RSA Certificate. Current Approved Gaming Badge. Current Responsible Person Badge. Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Bottle Shop Attendant Current RSA Certificate. Availability to work a flexible casual roster Monday through Sunday, including both day and night shifts. Previous retail or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential. Wine and spirits knowledge will be highly regarded.
