(Pro Rata) AHP3 Full Time, Contract Until April 2027 (5 day roster) Lead Recovery, Inspire Change Senior Social Worker Join our Specialist Community Mental Health Service as a Senior Social Worker and play a pivotal role in supporting consumers on their recovery journey. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide expert mental health assessments, care coordination, therapeutic interventions, and advocacy to promote positive outcomes and wellbeing. As a clinical leader, you'll apply your specialised social work expertise to mentor colleagues, drive best practice, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
