NDIS Support Worker We are seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic support worker to assist a male participant in his late 30s. The participant has low-level Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and a mild intellectual disability. He is highly independent, works full-time, and requires minimal support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting participants to stay active and engaged in the community. About the Role: Early morning gym sessions (before work) Community access and social outings Assistance with transport to and from appointments and activities Providing encouragement, companionship, and promoting independence Requirements: Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential) Ability to transport the participant, as he is not currently driving NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) First Aid & CPR Excellent communication skills Friendly, patient, and reliable with a person-centred approach We're Looking For Someone Who: Is compassionate and enjoys supporting others Is punctual and dependable for early morning starts Can build rapport while respecting the participant's independence Has an interest in health and fitness (preferred but not essential) This is a rewarding opportunity to support a highly functional participant who simply wants a dependable support worker to help him stay active, maintain his routine, and enjoy greater community participation.
