I’m recruiting two Senior ICT Project Managers to lead complex, enterprise-wide technology projects for a major Federal Government agency. These are senior, delivery-focused roles requiring strong project governance, stakeholder leadership and experience implementing ICT solutions within complex government environments. Locations : QLD - ACT - NSW - VIC PAYG only NV1 is mandatory Key responsibilities Lead complex ICT projects or major workstreams from planning through to delivery Manage budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, quality and benefits realisation Provide strategic direction across technical, business and vendor teams Establish and maintain project governance and documentation aligned with MSP and PRINCE2 Manage government procurement activities and external suppliers Drive stakeholder engagement and resolve complex or time-sensitive delivery issues Support Agile delivery practices and coach project teams Contribute to continuous improvement of project management frameworks and processes Provide mentoring and capability uplift across the broader program Mandatory experience You will need: Significant experience leading complex ICT projects or components of major technology programs Experience implementing enterprise-wide ICT solutions Demonstrated delivery experience involving information or records management solutions and/or digital records transition Government procurement and vendor management experience Strong knowledge of MSP, PRINCE2 and Agile delivery methodologies PRINCE2 accreditation and demonstrated Agile delivery experience Highly developed written communication, reporting, presentation and consultation skills Strong stakeholder management and negotiation capability NV1 security clearance Please apply with an updated CV or contact Marianne at Charterhouse for a confidential discussion. charterhouse.com.au
