Responsibilities Provide comprehensive sales support to key customers and industry stakeholders. Deliver technical support and customer training (both theoretical and practical) on products and applications. Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers among stakeholders. Manage customer complaints and resolve on‑site issues promptly and professionally. Represent MBS at industry events, product trials, demonstrations, and trade shows. Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to promote the full product range, maximizing up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities. Collaborate regularly with customer service and technical support teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer requirements. Actively seek opportunities to specify MBS products in projects with key customers, consultants, engineers, and contractors. Drive usage of sales efficiency tools such as Salesforce to track opportunities, log contacts and support effective customer communication. Support the Request for Proposal (RFP) / tender process for key customers, ensuring a high rate of success in winning and retaining business. Actively participate in industry committees and boards, directly contributing to business goals and keeping the organization at the forefront of industry advancements. Engage in customer trials, closely monitoring outcomes, and reporting findings to continuously enhance product and service offerings. Qualifications Must be able to pass a pre‑employment medical (including Drug and Alcohol testing) and a National Police Check. Travel to regional locations as required. Understanding of Construction industry/processes/technologies. Outgoing personality with excellent relationship‑building skills. Strong practical sense and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work closely with a supportive team and willingness to undergo training. Positive outlook, good work ethic, and ability to build relationships. Preferred but not essential: Construction Chemical/Concrete industry background. Preferred but not essential: Sales industry experience.
