With a focus on growth and excellence, we are seeking an energetic and client-focused professional to fill the role of Client Relationship Manager. The Role: As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. This is a client-focused role with direct client engagement and management. Working alongside our experienced Management team to deliver market-leading service. Based out of head office in Beaudesert QLD you will be required to do extensive amount of travel up and down the east coast of Australia ensuring our clients needs are being met. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Assist clients with their individual needs required for their business. Manage client inquiries and follow-ups in a timely manner. Communicate with all clients on a regular basis Work closely with Management to ensure clients needs are being met. About You: We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have: Strong people skills with a genuine care for client-focused outcomes. Previous experience in the pool industry preferred, but not essential. Positive and energetic attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset. The ability to work independently and remotely, if required. A desire to grow and develop within a supportive team environment. A current driver’s licence with clear driving history.
