On Track Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Lease Administration Analyst to join a leading organisation on a 12-month contract based in Fremantle. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded property professional to support the management and optimisation of a diverse portfolio of land, buildings and strategic precinct assets. You'll play a key role in lease administration, stakeholder engagement and project coordination within a dynamic commercial environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial lease administration, including renewals, variations and compliance Coordinate leasing activities across a diverse property portfolio Support property management and commercial asset administration Liaise with internal stakeholders, tenants, legal advisors and external consultants Assist with project coordination and business performance initiatives Maintain accurate records and property management systems Prepare reports, analyse lease information and support commercial decision-making About You: Relevant tertiary qualification in Property, Business, Commerce or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience) Demonstrated experience in commercial property management and leasing, ideally within heavy industrial or mixed-use environments Strong experience managing the full lease lifecycle, including negotiations, renewals and compliance Sound understanding of commercial and financial principles Strong lease analysis and commercial interpretation skills Experience working with legal advisors, valuers and dispute resolution processes Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems Contract Details: 12-month contract ASAP start (short notice periods considered) Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week Based in Fremantle, WA If you have strong commercial property and lease administration experience and are looking for your next contract opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
