Working closely with our Operations Manager and Medical Specialists, you will keep our front desk running like clockwork: First Class Service: Answer incoming calls with warmth and professionalism, and handle inquiries via email and phone. The Perfect Welcome: Greet arriving patients, making them feel at ease while ensuring consent forms and health questionnaires are seamlessly completed. Appointment & Referral Coordination: Proactively manage new bookings and ensure crucial specialist referrals are received on time for upcoming appointments. Communication Hub: Accurately receive, log, and convey messages across the team verbally, in writing, and electronically. Stock & Space Management: Monitor stationery and clinical supplies, placing orders to ensure our team always has what they need to succeed. Ad-Hoc Support: Take on varied administrative tasks directed by the Operations Manager or Medical Specialists to keep the office efficient, comforting and inviting. ️ At Beam, we look out for one another.
