Statewide Staging Systems has been supplying staging, concert roofs, scaffolding, truss systems and event infrastructure across Western Australia for over 30 years. We're looking for an organised and motivated Operations & Business Manager to join our team and work directly with the Managing Director. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be involved in everything from speaking with clients and preparing quotes through to coordinating staff, organising equipment, overseeing projects and ensuring jobs run smoothly from start to finish. About the Role: · Manage projects from quotation through to completion · Build strong relationships with clients · Coordinate staff, transport and equipment · Work closely with our warehouse team · Prepare job documentation and work schedules · Assist with invoicing and project administration · Identify ways to improve systems and efficiency About You: · Well organised and able to manage multiple jobs at once · A confident communicator who enjoys working with clients and staff · Able to solve problems and think ahead · Comfortable working both in the office and on-site · Computer literate and willing to learn new systems An understanding of how the events industry operates is highly regarded, particularly the ability to prioritise changing deadlines and adapt when schedules shift. Experience in event infrastructure, construction, logistics, equipment hire or similar industries would be an advantage, but we're equally interested in people with the right attitude who are keen to learn.
