MMC Australia is seeking an organised and motivated Workshop Stores Controller to join our growing Adelaide team. This is more than a standard warehouse role. You'll take ownership of our workshop stores, tooling and inventory systems while supporting day-to-day workshop operations. You'll also have the opportunity to establish and improve our stores system as the business continues to grow. What's on Offer Permanent full-time position Monday-Friday day shift 40-50 hours per week $32-$35 per hour Superannuation (depending on experience), with 5 hours of guaranteed overtime per week Opportunity to take ownership of the workshop stores Supportive team environment with opportunities to grow About the Role Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the workshop stores, ensuring stock, tooling and consumables are available to support workshop operations. Your responsibilities will include: Receiving, storing and issuing stock and consumables Maintaining accurate inventory records Conducting stocktakes and cycle counts Managing stock replenishment Maintaining workshop tooling and storage areas Coordinating equipment and vehicle servicing schedules Loading and unloading deliveries Operating forklifts and company vehicles as required General warehouse, yard and workshop housekeeping Supporting workshop personnel with parts and tooling requirements About You Essential Current LF Forklift Licence Current Australian Driver's Licence Experience in a stores, warehouse or workshop environment Good computer skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to workplace safety Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening Highly Regarded HR Driver's Licence Trade background or mechanical aptitude Experience with inventory or stock control systems Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, mining or maintenance Knowledge of industrial tools, equipment and consumables Why Join MMC?
