This is not a role where you sit back and supervise from an office. About the Role Based in Elizabeth, this is a varied and fast-paced operational role supporting warehouse, yard and dispatch activities. You’ll play an important part in ensuring materials are safely received, stored, prepared and dispatched while maintaining high standards across inventory control, housekeeping and customer service. This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying organised and contributing to a well-run operation. Key Responsibilities Operating forklifts safely within warehouse and yard environments Loading and unloading trucks, including oversized insulated panel products Coordinating inbound and outbound stock movements Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch Maintaining warehouse organisation and inventory accuracy Conducting stocktakes and cycle counts Processing stock movements and inventory transactions Supporting production and operations teams as required Assisting customers and coordinating collections when needed Maintaining high safety and housekeeping standards across the warehouse and yard What We’re Looking For: Previous warehouse, stores or logistics experience Current Forklift Licence Current Driver’s Licence Strong forklift operating and material handling skills Ability to safely handle oversized products and warehouse movements Good organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Strong work ethic and willingness to be hands-on Positive attitude and team-focused approach Experience using warehouse or ERP systems such as Pronto is highly regarded This Role Is Ideal For You If: You enjoy hands-on work and being active throughout the day You take pride in running an organised and efficient warehouse You naturally step in and get things done without needing constant direction You enjoy operating forklifts and coordinating warehouse movements You’re comfortable working both indoors and outdoors You like being part of a hardworking, close-knit team You enjoy variety and no two days being the same Apply Now If you’re looking for a hands-on warehouse and forklift role where your initiative, reliability and work ethic are genuinely valued, we’d love to hear from you.
