About the role We’re seeking a Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our Queensland Sales/Administration team at our Luscombe site. In this role you will: Provide friendly, professional customer service via phone and email Process orders and enquiries for our trolley products Support internal sales and administration activities Assist other departments as needed to keep things running smoothly This is a full-time role , Monday to Friday 7:00am–4:00pm , with a 9-day fortnight (every second Friday off) . Skills and experience To be successful in this role, you’ll bring: Previous customer service experience and a strong customer focus Confident phone manner and good written and verbal communication skills Data entry experience and solid attention to detail Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) A flexible, friendly and approachable attitude Ability to multi-task and support various departments as required It’s an advantage (but not essential) if you also have: Experience using MYOB Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar environment Product knowledge isn’t required – we’ll train you – but a genuine willingness to learn is important.
