Based in our Molendinar office, this is much more than your typical administration role. Every day is different! You'll be speaking with customers from all over Australia, preparing quotes, coordinating orders with suppliers, solving problems, and helping ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience from their first enquiry through to delivery. About the Role As a key member of our administration team, you'll be the friendly voice our customers remember and the organised person who keeps everything on track behind the scenes. Working closely with customers, suppliers and your teammates, you'll help ensure every enquiry, quote and order is handled professionally, accurately and efficiently. Your Day Will Include Answering customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and enthusiasm Preparing accurate quotations using Xero Managing customer enquiries and updating our CRM system Coordinating supplier orders and monitoring delivery timeframes Keeping customers informed every step of the way Following up outstanding invoices and assisting with account administration Providing administration support across both our DIY online business and installation division when required Maintaining accurate customer records and internal documentation Supporting the wider administration team with day-to-day operational tasks Managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail About You You'll fit right in if you: Have previous experience in administration, customer service or office support Enjoy talking to people and have a warm, confident and professional phone manner Are highly organised and love keeping things running efficiently Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate work Can manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively Have experience using Xero and Microsoft Excel (or are a quick learner) Enjoy learning new systems, products and processes Are reliable, proactive and enjoy working as part of a supportive team Can work independently while contributing to a positive team culture Experience with CRM systems, Shopify or social media would be highly regarded, but is not essential - we're happy to train the right person.
