About the Role This is a dynamic role blending people support, sales, relationship building, and administration. Every day, you’ll help participants overcome barriers, build confidence, and secure long‑term employment. You will: Support participants (including those with disability, injury, or long‑term unemployment) to become job‑ready Market candidates to employers and generate new job opportunities Build strong relationships with local businesses to create sustainable employment pathways Drive employment outcomes through proactive engagement and advocacy Success comes from balancing genuine people support with confident employer engagement and outcome delivery.
