Complete Personnel Group is seeking a dedicated Community Projects Coordinator to coordinate Community Project initiatives across our Remote Australia Employment Service Program. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining stakeholder networks, compiling reports, and collaborating on regional plans. Key Responsibilities: Maintain stakeholder networks including RDAs, training providers and specialist services, and employer-specific projects. Complete regular Community Engagement with key stakeholders. Collaborate with Regional Managers to create, implement, and report on Regional Workforce Development Plans. Compile case studies and good news stories. Targeted Training & Participant Supports: Coordinate hub training schedules for Community Project initiatives, including targeted training, job preparation training, work-related documents, and pre-employment preparation. Regularly maintain and update calendars and registers. Collaborate with Disability Mentor to coordinate targeted supports for participants with complex service needs. Employer Engagement: Develop innovative ways to engage with potential employers and stakeholders to assist participants in finding and maintaining employment. Provide enhanced support to employers to assist with transitioning participants into jobs, such as setting up buddy-systems and job-shadowing. Provide intensive post-placement support to local employers, including face-to-face check-ins to identify and address any barriers to ongoing employment.
