About the Role As the Gaming Manager, you’ll support and assist the Management Team in the day-to-day operations of the venue, with a strong focus on: Delivering an exceptional customer experience Fostering a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture Managing all aspects of Gaming Room operations, including compliance, promotions, and gaming machine performance Leading, training, and developing your team to achieve strong results Ensuring all regulatory and responsible gaming requirements are met About You Previous experience in a similar gaming or hospitality leadership role is preferred, but not essential You hold a current RSA and RSG (or are willing to obtain them) You’re passionate about hospitality, people, and creating memorable guest experiences You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy being hands-on You lead by example and bring a positive, can-do attitude to your team At Star Group, we value personality and attitude just as much as experience.
