Looking for reliable trustworthy people to join our Team, who are able to commit to casual shifts Tuesday to Saturday and may include night shifts as per our racing schedule. Our Food & Beverage Supervisor position involves: Managing the guest experience and overseeing the quality of food and beverage services whilst supervising the overall flow of restaurant or bar experience on a shift by shift basis including guest relations and guest recovery. Supervise staff of lower level ensuring services provided are to the highest possible standards. Providing feedback, couching and monitoring staff performance holding staff accountable for performance levels. Reinforce company polices and improve internal operations to solidify and optimise performance. Perform opening and closing shift duties Exercise discretion and independent judgment in facelifting zone management. Provide performance feedback to department heads. Observe employees to ensure the responsible service of alcohol. Liaise with kitchen ensuring the delivery of food service in required timelines. The Person: Must be reliable and on time for all shifts Assist with patron queries regarding the clubs functions, events & general facilities Previous food & beverage, conference & events experience desirable Be friendly, helpful, honest and have a team effort first focused attitude Take pride in your work and attention to getting work done to a time deadline Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate, essential Why Join Us?
