For us, Tropicsurf is much more than a travel company. The Opportunity As our high value Relationship Manager , you'll become the trusted advisor to many of Tropicsurf's most valued guests. You'll take the time to understand each client's surfing ability, travel aspirations, family dynamics and personal preferences before curating the ideal vacation. Whether arranging a first surfing experience at a Four Seasons Resort or coordinating a multi-week superyacht charter, you'll ensure every detail reflects the standards our guests expect. This is a relationship-first role with a strong commercial focus. You'll prepare bespoke vacation proposals, provide expert destination advice and confidently guide guests from their first enquiry through to a confirmed booking. You'll also contribute to the evolution of Tropicsurf's High Value Client strategy, leveraging client intelligence, performance analytics and product development to continually elevate the guest experience and grow the long-term value of our private client portfolio. What You'll Be Doing Develop long-term relationships with Tropicsurf's most valued private clients. Curate personalised luxury surf vacations tailored to each guest's individual goals and preferences. Advise guests on destinations, resorts, surf conditions and exclusive experiences. Identify opportunities to enhance each vacation through tailored recommendations and personalised service. Work closely with our Travel Designers, Operations team, international resort partners and surf guides to ensure seamless service strategy and execution. Maintain accurate client information within our CRM. Deliver the warm, knowledgeable and discreet service that defines the Tropicsurf brand. Who Are We Looking For? You'll thrive in this role if you have: A genuine passion for surfing and strong knowledge of surf destinations, wave types and equipment. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. The confidence to guide and advise, with the integrity to always recommend the experience that's genuinely best for the guest. Exceptional organisation and meticulous attention to detail. High emotional intelligence, professionalism and sound judgement. A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. Surfing passion is paramount.
